- Can I get a free trial?
- Sure! You can try all of the features in the free plan which may already be sufficient for most of our users.
- Do you charge per deployed app or project?
- We only charge you once per project. Your project itself can have unlimited deployed apps for different platforms, e.g. Android, Windows, iOS, macOS, Windows, embedded, etc.
- What are monthly active devices?
- We measure on how many different devices your users are using your app in the last 30 days. E.g. if one user is using your app on an Android phone and in the browser, this will count as two decvices. However, if two users are using your app on the same device, this will only count as one device.
- Do you offer monthly / yearly billing?
- We currently offer monthly and yearly billing. You can switch between them at any time in the Wiredash Console. When you choose yearly billing, you'll get two months for free and a holiday greeting card from our team.
- How do I upgrade?
- Sign into the console and select your desired project or create a new one. Then navigate to the Settings section, this is where you'll find the different billing options.
- Can I get a discount?
- We offer discounts on the Growth plan for early-stage companies. 50% off your first two years. You can also get two months for free when you sign up for yearly billing. Contact us at support@wiredash.com to get more information.
